We are currently looking for caring,
kind, dependable and personable individuals
who desire to provide non-medical, in-home care
to the elderly. Our caregivers often become
like a surrogate family member helping to meet
the needs of their clients.
As a caregiver, you will
provide the following needed services:
- Caring companionship & conversation
- Transportation (errands, appointments, etc)
- Meal preparation and planning
- Light housekeeping
- General assistance
- Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing
& grooming) *qualified individuals
American Homecare has established an excellent
reputation for quality! This is true because
of our outstanding team of caregivers. Our caregivers
work independently and make a difference in
the lives of the elderly every day. If you're
fond of the elderly and think you would enjoy
the satisfaction of helping them remain independent
and live at home, a caregiving opportunity may
be for you!
Although we are predominantly looking for full-time
caregivers to live-in a patients home, we also
offer flexible work schedules that can be tailored
to fit your lifestyle (i.e. not living at the
patients home), including days, evenings, nights
and weekends. This is a rewarding full-time
or part-time opportunity that can meet your
desired schedule - and - you don't
need to be licensed or certified!
No previous experience is necessary for you
to become a great caregiver, but many of our
caregivers have been in a care giving situation
within their own family. In fact, a lot of our
caregivers are active seniors themselves who
want to make a difference in someone's life!
